Primarily tasked with migrating Case Western Reserve University School of Engineering websites to a Drupal 9/10 build. The original websites were in both Drupal 6 and Drupal 7 sites that required support and maintenance during the upgrade process. Staff and faculty support through Drupal training and resolving help desk tickets.
